Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is one on one time spent with you in improving your communication skills.  The more skilled you are in communication, the better you will handle discussions or conflict situations.

After an initial meeting and discussion with you, I have a sense of what areas you need and want to work on.  Some of the areas might be:  using open questions, providing feedback, receiving feedback, acknowledging emotion in situations, body language, reflecting statements, steps in conflict resolution.  There will also be “homework” to do between sessions.  We can also  prepare for discussion using a template so you consider what the issues are and what is important to both you and the other party.

With conflict coaching you will be well prepared for your discussion.
